What data we collect
- Account data: name, email address and password hash when you register.
- Order data: email, purchased templates, payment status, amount and timestamps needed to fulfill and support your order.
- Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and cookies required for login sessions, cart and site preferences.
- Payment card details are never stored by us — they are processed only by our PCI DSS certified payment provider.
Why we use your data
- To create and manage your account, process purchases and deliver template packages to your email.
- To send transactional emails: order confirmation, delivery links and replies to support requests.
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and improve reliability.
- Legal bases: performance of a contract (orders and delivery), legitimate interest (security and service improvement), and consent where required for optional cookies or marketing.
Cookies
- We use essential cookies for authentication, shopping cart and dismissing UI banners.
- These cookies are necessary for the site to work and do not require marketing consent.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers on Templatonium.
Sharing & retention
- We share data only with processors needed to run the store: payment gateway, email delivery and hosting/infrastructure providers.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- Order and account records are kept for as long as needed for delivery, support and legal/accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
- Under applicable EU/EEA law (including GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data.
- You may object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
